„Rustic meets adorable! So warm and comfortable. The beds (we had twins) were to die for. Great.having the bar below. Nice selection of beverages, great continental breakfast. Jenny and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Shared bath not a problem. Wonderful place!“

„Cozy Haven was perfect for me, my 3 kids and our mini aussiedoodle. The fenced in yard and fire ring were great to relax on our night of arrival. The beds and couch were very comfortable too! Communication was also just perfect!“

„Cute house with lots of room for the family. The house was very clean. It did not say in the listing to bring your own towels so I missed that part. Thank goodness we wound up only staying one night. We did have to make our own beds as well. That is why they get 4 and not 5 stars. “

„The cabin experience was more than we expected. It was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean at arrival. We loved sitting outside listening to the owls at night, the kids skipped rocks on the pond and we stayed up late playing board games. I wish we had stayed longer since we had such a great time!! “

„I hate even saying what a wonderful stay it was because then my secret will be out. The host was accommodating and easy to talk to. The house is in a wondeful location, beautifully decorated with little thoughtful touches throughout. Better than the pictures and you really did feel like you were coming home! „Hemlock Haven was a great spot to enjoy the Adirondacks, even in the middle of winter! We enjoyed the cozy gas fireplace and used the grill outside. A perfect location close to the beautiful Caroga Lake. We would love to come back next year! “

„8 college friends gathered at this property, a short drive to Sacandaga Lake. Large fully stocked kitchen, dining room seats 10, living room with fireplace and TV, plenty of sleeping space. Was easily able to communicate with owner and hope to return soon.“

„Rustic cabin. Small beach is 1/4 walk. Nice outdoor area at cabin. Limited outlets, none in bathroom. Heating consists of a few space heaters. One AC upstairs in flex room and some fans. Nice furniture and appliances. Glad we could bring our dog.“

„Lovely weekend - House was very nice. Clean and well furnished/amenities. Fire pit in back was nice - firewood is available for a cost - but we found some in the woods. Directions were tough as the map on VRBO is not accurate. Host did reach out about it - but we all drove past it the first time! Appeared to be up near Jockeybush trailhead but was quite a bit south. Overall a lovely place and we had a great weekend.“

„The best and cleanest place we have stayed in by far here in Caroga !!! The location was perfect and the private beach was amazing. We were there for the 4th and the front row fireworks were stunning ! Hope to stay there again !!“

"Ein super schönes und sehr neues Motel. Endlich mal eins ohne den "alten dicken Teppich Wahnsinn". Zimmer richtig groß für 4 Erwachsene plus Sitzgelegenheit und schöne Küche. in direkter Nachbarschaft findet man einige Fast-Food Schuppen und sonstiges. Also wirklich gute Lage. Wir gingen zum Chipotle nebenan der sehr lecker war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist ein exzellentes Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eier-Speisen aller Art. Das gibt es in dieser Kategorie sehr selten bis gar nicht, TOP."
