„This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back.“

„This well equipped and very well maintained home on the lakefront was perfect for our vacation. The design takes advantage of the scenic views that surround the property. Walking trails at Hamlin Beach State Park are minutes away. “

„Wonderful clean property. Looks exactly like the photo. It could benefit from motion triggered lighting for the side path to the apartment. Would like to have instructions for Coffee maker. Location is on the cusp of a not so safe neighborhood. 15 min walk to very good restaurants and then a further 15 min walk to the MAG (memorial art museum). Safety is less an issue if you have a car. “

„We enjoyed our stay at the lake house for 3 nights in late October. Traveling from NYC as a couple with a 5 year old kid. While there we even managed to visit the magnificent Niagara Falls, which is only 1.5 hrs away! The house itself was clean bright minimalistic and very spacious. „Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space. „This is our first time exploring Rochester and we came up for family weekend at RIT. It was perfect for our large family to have our own space with a kitchen and enough places to hang out and play games. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay!“

„We were in town for Rochester's graduation, two sets of relatives stayed in the generously large space. Outside space, living room with pool table and large TV together with great weather and view of the city provided for a lovely family celebration. The space matched the pictures but note no closets and minimum kitchen amenities. Space is on third floor with two sets of steep stairs and no ability to buzz in from third floor. „House is great, plenty of space. We had 7 guys stay there for a reunion trip and everyone had their own room, and we could have fit one more easily. We stayed in late September and unfortunately the pool was closed so we did not get to enjoy, but the hot tub was still open and was great. Only downside to the house is the kitchen. It only fits 5ish people at a time and the cooking utensils and equipment could have been better (old knives that did not really cut, old pans). Otherwise everything ...

„We were very surprised about the house, how big it is. There were enough places to sleep and it was also a very quiet location, as you would expect from country life. The communication with the landlord received a grade of 1++. The response was very quick and polite. The evening fire at the fireplace on the property (of course only with the landlord's permission) was also a very great and relaxing experience, the marshmellos were delicious. „We were in Rochester for three nights and opted for this apartment for its central location and historic neighborhood. So glad that we did. The apartment was perfect in every way. Tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, very comfortable bed, and absolutely everything one might need in a kitchen. There were little touches that made us feel welcome, such a cozy bathrobes and fresh flowers. Communications with the owner was easy. I highly recommend this apartment!“
