Would like to thank the host for providing the snow for a "white Christmas" ;) We cooked our Christmas dinner at the property and found the kitchen and supplies to be great. „The property sits in a very nice environment. Service was quite different by department. Breakfast service was great, personal customer oriented and very friendly. Reception desk at times confused. The bar closes at 11pm, that's ok, but having the area 5mins later cleared by security is competely overdone. As the area is so nice, the hotel is frequently used for weddings (4 weddings on one weekend!). That`s a stress for the staff and for the other guests. The quiet environment is not as quiet ...
