„We are folks that like neat clean places to stay. We found that in this property. We live in country setting, enjoyed the free ranging chickens a few place down road.“

„This little gem is tucked away in Dexter and offers a fabulous view (and access) of the river and surrounding area (Fall foliage was spectacular). There are lots of ammenities on property to enjoy! It was a little cold to hop in the Kayaks but they were available to us. We did enjoy warming up around the firepit and the barrel sauna was spectacular! „Everything was just as described. Rooms were clean and nice. Kitchen even had spices and other cooking supplies. Good hot shower. There is a 59 insurance policy required on top of the price shown by VRBO. Definitely recommend this place - it was very nice.“

„Great home in a great location “

„The Great Room and deck is amazing. All the windows let so much natural light in and the chairs on the deck are so comfortable. Just watching the lake, deer and turkeys very relaxing. “

„We were attending the Sackett’s Harbor marathon. Location was perfect to get to and from and access other areas. The beds were comfortable and coffee readily available. We ate out frequently but the kitchen was stocked for cooking and storing food items. “

„We had an absolute blast here. The property is a snowmobiler’s dream. There is plenty of parking and storage for gear. The ability to step outside and hop on your sled with central access to trails is great. The house was clean, spacious and cozy. Great to come back to after a long day of riding. We will definitely be coming back and would give 5/5 stars. “

„Chris’ place was great. Fit our needs perfectly. Super close to Winona and the trails. My GSD Pico loved it. He would just go outside like at home when he needed. Spacious. My kids loved it. Having a full kitchen was great. We ate in every meal—never went out. Bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bath were all spacious. Easy parking directly in front of our door. „Loved everything about the home. Location was great, the space was perfect for a couple trucks and boat trailer parking. Host had everything we needed and more for our stay. There is even a sweet baby Recteq pellet grill, which is the brand I have at my home and cottage. I felt right at home. The only minor issue we had was the well water in the home. „Stayed here to go snowmobiling on the mass amount of trails in the tug hill area. Was a great experience all around . Clean, spacious rental. Host was very accommodating. Will definitely be going back again. “

„Rental was clean with all the things we needed for the Thanksgiving weekend. Clise enough to Watertown to visit with our daughter. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog and their was plenty of room for Thanksgiving dinner. Owner was great and communicated with us whe reached to for questions. “
