„Watertown BW’s front entrance to the lobby was dated, no “wow” factor & not as accessible if you’re wheelchair bound (which we are not) but inside was bright & clean. Our check-in person, Raynor, was businesslike & efficient, he invited us to partake of the coffee, tea & cookies near the reception desk. They also provide water infused with fruits like oranges & strawberries—quite refreshing—in a dispenser by the breakfast area. Raynor did steer us to a list of restaurants nearby—got pizza at ...

„Wir hatten das Hotel als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg zu den Niagarafalls für eine Nacht gebucht. Das Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten, sehr sauberen und neuen Eindruck. Die Zimmer empfanden wir als ausreichend groß. Eine sehr laute Klimaanlage und nur mäßig bequemen Betten, trübten den Blick ein wenig. Das complementary Breakfast war ok. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.“

„I came into town with a friend/coach for the both of us to see my son play college baseball 1 mile away at SUNY JCC.The location was perfect to attend the games, go out to eat and not be tied up in a hotel room which I have done before with my wife and daughter.The view of the river and the gas fireplace made it a pleasant stay for this short weekend trip.I would definitely consider this property again when visiting our son at school.“

Imagine getting the same kind helpful assistance in the morning before leaving for my family’s holiday's celebrations, and again upon returning later that night! “

„The apartment met all our functional needs, but better seating options would make a huge difference. The sheets and beds were fantastic, and the office space was very useful. In true apartment fashion, the neighbors were on a completely different sleep schedule then us, staying up until the very early hours on the weekends. During the week though, everything seemed to even out. “
