„This property was perfect for our blended family Christmas. The property was big enough and had plenty of separate spaces that we never felt crowded. Perfect for large family dinners as well! The kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils. 45 min to Charleston for some day trips. “

„Our weekend stay at Lake Marion was a good experience for my partner, our pup, and me. It was our first time visiting the area, and we were greeted with warm, sunny weather that made the trip even better as we had just left snowy weather that morning. The views from the property were absolutely breathtaking, and the home matched the online description perfectly. We also loved the nearby bar, which was just a short walk away. „Sweet Marion is a great house located right on a private channel off Lake Marion. Very secluded and quiet setting with dock access right in the back yard. The home was very well setup with 3 King sized beds and another bunk bed and two additional singles. Plenty of sleeping access for a large family. Home is also outfitted with games and all the kitchen items you may need. Thanks for a great home for our family Christmas vacation! Highly recommend this home. “

„Loved this place! It has so much room! There was 33 of us in total, between two properties. We were so glad we could invite everyone to our house for two dinners. We Enjoyed the lake and the spacious home! Everything we needed for our meal prep was already there, we just had to bring the food! We fished, boated, paddle boarded and swam! One tip: bring an extra roll or two of toilet paper if you have as many ppl as we did. Also check-in was simple!“

"Es gibt keine Aufzug. Das Frühstück war bescheiden und wurde am Schalter von der Dame vergeben, wie in der Corona Zeit. Kein Büfett, wie in anderen Hotels. Das schlimmste aber war die verstopfte Toilette. Die angeblich repariert wurde aber auch am nächsten Tag immer noch verstopft war. Scheint hier ein Problem zu sein, denn in einer anderen Bewertung wurde das ebenfalls kritisiert. Den positiven Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, aber die negativen."
