„We had a great stay and enjoyed the house and dock a lot. Luckily I am a planner and brought everything under the sun because there were not a lot of extra supplies (such as dishwasher pods & tp) and there were no seasonings you could use. Some places have at least some basics but this did not. We have stayed at many places and I just bring whatever I think I will need. The Publix in Cullman does deliver which surprised me. „My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Coffee on the porch to start our days, and then relaxing by the firepit to cap it off. My kids loved playing on the dock and rocks along the shore. They could have spent a whole week down there. My one criticism is the lighting in the living room / kitchen is lacking. It seemed dark in there, even in the middle of the day with all the windows. „We enjoyed our stay and reconnection together, esp with our son on break from school with good ole uninterrupted conversation, fresh air from the hemlocks/pines/laurels, exercise with hiking/fishing and a margarita at night on the porch swing. „Our family of seven gathers once or twice a year to celebrate our grandson and oldest son's lives. The outside area was so pleasant. We enjoyed the rockers and swings very much. Having two coffee pots for this coffee-drinking family was a big plus. This is a time of remembrance and reflection for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cody's Cabin. „Spacious, clean and comfortable with lovely views of the lake. Very accommodating kitchen and dining area. Great outside decks and porches. Walk down to the water is a manageable slope that isn’t too long or too steep. Would rent again.“

„This is a wonderful property. It was perfect for a quiet get-away with family. Only suggestion I have is that it be advertised more as only a portion of the home. I read this was cabin “A” but didn’t realize cabin “B” was directly below us. We could hear everything the family below us said. “
