Unser Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern befindet sich neben Santa Croce und bietet einen ruhigen Aufenthalt fernab vom Lärm der Stadt. Unser Veranstaltungsort bietet Tradition und Moderne und ist eine magische Art, Florenz zu erleben. Unser Veranstaltungsort ist eine Perle mitten in der Stadt. Jede zu berührende Wand, versteckte Stelle zum Aufdecken, Bemalen und Bewundern von Antiquitäten wird die Essenz der Renaissance hervorheben und Sie während Ihres gesamten Aufenthalts umarmen.
Unsere Unterkunft ist voller Geschichte und Geheimnisse und bietet die perfekte Kombination zwischen dem traditionellen, edlen Florenz wie es einmal war und unserer modernen Einrichtung, wie zum Beispiel der hochwertigen Küche.

Und mit seinem geräumigen Wohnzimmer und den gemütlichen Schlafzimmern haben unsere Gäste eine einzigartige Zeit zum Entspannen in einem der schönsten Häuser in Florenz, das sich im besten Teil der Stadt befindet. Das Wohnzimmer überblickt einen völlig ruhigen privaten Garten.

Unser drittes Schlafzimmer hat eine Galerie mit zwei Einzelbetten, daher können wir bequem bis zu 8 Personen unterbringen. Da wir bestrebt sind, den besten Service zu bieten, erwarten wir von unseren Gästen, dass sie auch die originalen antiken Möbel und Kunstwerke respektieren.

Gorgeous property in the Santa Croce neighborhood- plenty of space, impressive artwork and features. Quiet location close to all the tourist destinations. My only complaint was that you did not have access to the garden, it is the owner’s private garden, and the VRBO description makes it seem part of your rental- a little disappointing. Overall an amazing property in a gorgeous, super safe setting- RECOMMEND!

Un côté historique indéniable, une salle de séjour incroyable. La chambre du Rez de Chaussée un peu bricolé dans une bibliothèque avant une fresque au plafond. Salle de bain du Rez de chaussé pas trop intéressante mais j'imagine qu'il n'a pas été facile de l'installer en préservant la fresque du plafond. Très propre, extrêmement bien situé. Accueil un peu froid avec peu d'indication. On a du attendre à la porte.

Beautiful, wonderful stay! Highly recommend!
The Luxury Renaissance Palace was amazing! Highly recommend! This place was absolutely beautiful! It was so very kind of the hosts to leave a bowl full of fresh fruit and bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us! We enjoyed that so very much! We also loved this location. It was quiet and we felt very safe. So close to a beautiful church, some fun bars and an INCREDIBLE restaurant. La Buchetta Food & Wine 2 was SO good that we ate there two nights in a row! FUN servers and excellent food! Look at the restaurant reviews! We were able to check in early and communication with Elisabetta was fantastic. Her mom met us right as scheduled and was so kind! She didn't speak English, however showed us a nice welcome video that we could understand. We wished how to use the keys was included in the video. We didn't completely understand from the Italian instruction! For future guests... the skeleton keys are for the front and main door and the key fob is for the gate. When leaving there is a button on the left wall to open the gate. We had some fun trying to figure this out! You are welcome! ;) We also found Pizzeria Ristorante I Tarocchi on the other side of the Arno but very close. It was very good food and service was great. The pear tortellini with Tallegio cream sauce was to die for. Try it, you won't be disappointed! Only issue was the main shower didn't drain well so was almost unusable... but otherwise this place was amazing! I'd book it again! Thank you!

Borgo, Santa Croce 17 our host Elizabeta was very responsive. The home is beautiful!!. It is located a block away from the Piazza Santa Croce. There was a very detailed booklet about the home which we found very helpful. A truly unique European experience, the living room and kitchen/dining room area, were very welcoming and had all the amenities that you could want. The bedroom on the first floor was very unique and I was told the ceiling fresco painting is over 450 years old. The two bedrooms upstairs were very comfortable. As mentioned in previous reviews, access to the second floor, and ultimately, the third floor where there two other beds were located could be challenging as access is via a stone spiral stair case similar to the Duomo’s in Florence. The apartment is just outside of Piazza Santacroce, and it is walking distance to many of the must see places in Florence The museums the Duomo there are so many fantastic restaurants and cafés within a five minute walk. Taxi service was also readily available overall a fantastic stay.

Fabulous Stay in a Perfect Location
The palace is gorgeous and our hosts extremely gracious. Communication with them was prompt. The location was convenient to everything in the city, yet quiet when we returned from sightseeing each day. The apartment itself was spotless. Our hosts had a big bowl of fruit waiting for us. There is 1 bedroom on the main floor, and the remaining bedrooms up a spiral staircase. There is only 1 bathroom upstairs, so it’s possible that 4-6 people could be sharing. However, all in all an A+

Amazing Property in the Heart of Florence!
My family loved our stay in Elisabetta and Cosimo's property. It is walkable to all main Florence attractions, and in a really lovely street right off Piazza Santa Croce. Hosts were excellent with communication. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Was located in a great central walking location. Stairs going up to 2nd floor for majority of bedrooms can be challenge. The elevator is a must to get luggage up, so very glad to have it.Very modern kitchen area, some doors can be tricky /noisy to open or close but does add to the rustic historical charm of the place.

Great location, great property
The property was spacious for 6 people and the check-in was easy. There’s an elevator outside the main door to bring luggage up to the second floor — the spiral staircase does have many steps so I recommend the elevator if steps are hard. I had to book an extra night and the hosts were accommodating and let us stay the extra night. I communicated with the hosts via the VRBO app, and they were quick to respond. I would recommend this property for families traveling through Tuscany.

An absolutely divine stay
Thank you sincerely for letting us stay in your gorgeous apartment. We stayed in 9 different places over four weeks in Italy and this was by far the best. There are many standouts - the location, the quiet, the safety, the atmosphere, but the beautiful architecture and lavish decoration was on top- plus the beds - they are so comfortable. A very special place
My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home a short walk to the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio, and only a few steps from Santa Croce. The original renaissance details that have been preserved (ceiling mural in 1st floor bedroom and intricate wood coffered ceilings in upstairs bedrooms) let you experience Florence life as it was centuries ago, and the modern amenities including air conditioning in every bedroom and a nicely updated and appointed kitchen made our stay during the hot summer very comfortable. Elizabetta and Cosimo were helpful with restaurant suggestions and reservations before our trip and the check in/check out process was very smooth. We are grateful to them for making such a special place available to us and we highly recommend this rental to other families.

The perfect place to stay in Florence
My family of 7 stayed at the Renaissance Palace for 3 nights and it was a perfect experience all around. First of all the location could not be more ideal. The apartment is right in the heart of the city and a short walk to every thing Florence has to offer. The apartment is breathtakingly beautiful! The furniture and amenities are a perfect balance of old and new, contemporary and antique. It is also remarkable how quiet the apartment is. And each room has air conditioning which was a big relief after long, hot days out sightseeing. Elisabetta was the perfect, gracious host and we felt very welcomed and taken care of. We look forward to coming back.

A true "palace"
We had the pleasure to stay in the Renaissance Palace with family members and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the place. The location is fabulous and within walking distance of all the sights, restaurants (including a cafe with pastries and coffee) and a taxi stand. With four bedrooms, it can easily host a family of 6 to 8. Both Cosimo and Elisabetta were very accommodating including providing a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine upon our arrival. We traveled with 3 couples - plenty of room to spread out. Loved the ability to gather together on main level. One couple said the bed in the loft room was uncomfortable- but others were OK. Enjoyed the property; however, the only drawback was the steep winding staircase up to the rest of the bedrooms that are located upstairs. No hand rail and rather difficult for a senior to climb these stairs, If there was another way to access those bedrooms, we were not made aware. Check in book information helpful but we found some information to be outdated.
