„We have never been on a houseboat before and was really looking forward to our 3 night stay. The houseboat is really nice with all amenities. The lay out is a bit funky. Bedroom is upstairs with an outside entrance. Couch downstairs is second bed, didn’t sleep on it so don’t know how comfy that would be. We lost all water, through no fault of the owners and only got to stay one night. Owners graciously refunded 2 nights money. I would book again, very close to family. “

„We were lucky enough to book this property for my son and my husband for a guys weekend in honor of Veterans Day. And it did not disappoint. The house is SO cool- complete with its own dock and a true house boat atmosphere. You don’t get any close to waterfront than this. The guys enjoyed walking out the front door and fishing right there. Everything was well stocked and clean, with so much within an easy walking distance- restaurants shops and more. „This property was one of the most unique places we’ve stayed and it did NOT disappoint! We loved being right on the water but if you have small children you may want to reconsider. Coffee in the mornings was so peaceful on our porch, and the evenings were equally as nice. There was even a friendly heron that paid us a visit a few times during our stay. „We stayed in Perry Hotel and Marina on Ian's boat for 3 days and it was beautiful! Ian's boat was clean, spacious and had everything we needed! We had full access to the hotel amenities which we used because the weather was perfect. “

„We were there for a nearby wedding and we were overall very happy that we chose to go outside of the box with a houseboat. That said, there are smaller things that could be frustrating to some and likely unavoidable. You are on water and sometimes feel that. There are also noises associated with being on the water, like the anchor hitting the pylon or something in the house swaying. Not huge issues but something to consider. Otherwise it is very beautiful and relaxing out there!“

We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate.
