„Overall my stay was good. The staff is extremely nice. My only issues were upon checking in, there was water on floor in the kitchen it seemed like the dishwasher leaked. A new room was offered to us but we were in a rush so we just asked for towels to clean it up. One another thing and I’m not sure if this is because our room was a connecting room or if the walls are thin, but we could hear the people in the room next to us so loud and clear as if they were in our room. “

„I really enjoyed the views of my stay and the location is perfect for everything in the Charlotte area. I also really loved the modernist of the apartment and all the accessories that came with it, me and my partner really didnt have to go any where to have a good time in a luxury stay. Overall it was amazing and I will definitely be booking again.“

„The property was nice. It was quiet and had nice amenities. The apartment seemed a little run down though and i wish it would have been within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. But overall i had a great experience and the owners response was amazing if i had any issues. I would definitely go back again. “

„Property is beautiful but the one we originally booked had a maintenance issues and we had to locate to this property. The stairs were extremely too difficult to travel up and down on each floor. There was no where to sit on both balconies. No tvs in the rooms but overall beautiful property. Wished i had another option because of the stairs were alot.“

„We absolutely loved the location of this home. In a beautiful neighborhood, walkable to everything we wanted to do! We had an issue at check in but was resolved very quickly! Great communication with the host. We did not check out the garage space, so I cannot comment on the hot tub or that space. The house is definitely older, but we only spent time there to sleep so it worked fine for us. “

„i had a great experience with the host. communication was great. no real issues with the house, just wish it was a little closer to the description. the apartment served its purpose, but by no means was it "lavish". the bathroom had a musty smell upstairs, and the rooms and floors were a bit dirty. had the basics. wasn't the cleanest property at all. if you need a place just to sleep, it does the job, but i wouldnt call it a super comfortable or lavish place to stay. neighborhood was ok. “

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious but the whole hotel is in need of s major renovation. This is apparently scheduled for 2025. Breakfast is good. Foyer bar was enjoyable."
