„This hotel was fantastic. The front desk staff were so friendly and kind, just outstanding customer service. The coffee is great and they have a nice little market to buy things if you need something. The rooms are clean and the kitchens are well stocked. „Parking is a bit awkward. They offer a parking garage, which is an additional $16 per day. If you park before check in, you have to walk back out and in the front doors because you can’t get in without a door key. Also, you get something to scan for parking when you check in. If you already parked, we were told this could cause problems when leaving. Need a better system or instructions for this process.“

„My children and I got stuck in the Winter Storm Blair at the beginning of January 2025. Thankfully we chose this hotel, as we ended up stranded in Manhattan, KS, on our way home to Colorado, because I-70 was closed! This hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure all of their guests were well taken care of, actually served food until the kitchen ran out of food! The front desk staff were all so helpful with our out of state questions! One of the staff shoveled my car out of its parking spot ...
