„We really enjoyed this property. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The property was very fun for all ages. It had a lot of games and the hot tub was very nice. It was also very convenient to rent a boat at a nearby dock and go out on the water for the day. I would definitely recommend this property. “

„FCS Championship weekend with several 60-yr old college friends. The house was 10 minutes away from Toyota Stadium, 45 minutes to AT&T Stadium, and 40 minutes to DFW. Great location. We had plenty of room for seven of us. Perfect setup for bloody mary brunches and for hanging out evenings after a couple days of football.“

„Stay was very nice. Quiet and comfortable setting back off the busy road. The Villas are clean and cozy. Only recommendation would be some lighting on FM2931 by the drive. Very hard to see at night. to find in the dark.“

„House was perfect for our family group of 11. We had 4 vehicles and had plenty of room to park. The 5 bedrooms fit us perfectly for our 3 night stay. The location is easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, and close to many locations we went to. The pool and hot tub were bonuses as well! “

„Cute little home to stay in! The winery is also quite nice to spend time at. It's a little hard to find once you pull up and we had to ask for directions at the winery. Once you pull in, drive past it and continue past the metal barn until you see a house with a sign. The home is actually a duplex, so you do share a wall with other visitors and we could hear them very clearly. But other than that, we had a nice time.“

„Nice and spacious accommodation. Secluded for a good gathering. Just to list a couple of shortcomings that can make this to be excellent are, 1. if one of the garage's is converted into a game room with pingpong table etc. as there is huge parking space. 2. Audio system can be improved.“
