„The apartment is just off of Belt Line Road near Addison. This puts it close to innumerable restaurants. It's in a residential area so overall pretty quiet. WiFi was fast, and the neighborhood felt safe. Has a wash/dryer in the apartment. The apartment has a good layout. It's a 2nd floor apartment. The owner responds very quickly to messages. Overall a good rental. One star off due to living room furniture being a little small and uncomfortable and the kitchen not having any ...

„Clean and comfortable. Soft beds and great sleep. Appreciate finding a reasonably priced 3 bed with 3 bath. Kitchen provided everything we needed to make breakfasts, lunch, and a dinner. So convenient to have laundry machines available in unit. Building has great character. Parking is tight.“

„We loved the place- so big, cozy, cute! Pros: beds, proximity to our events Cons: noise- Wycliff, sirens, etc. Needed a tiny trashcan in tiny bathroom. Front Door was difficult to open. “

„Great location but the propert upkeep was lacking. The pool was green with leaves all in it. We brought stuff to swim but couldn’t use the pool. The inside was nice but there was only one roll of TP and one roll of paper towels. We still enjoyed our stay but property wasn’t as expected“

„This comfortable, spacious condo was perfect for our stay in Dallas. The location was excellent—all the shopping we needed was nearby and access to major streets and freeways was easy. The condo complex is in a lovely residential neighborhood. Jen was a great host and check-in was easy. The furniture was clean and comfortable and all the appliances worked perfectly. It was very convenient to have a garage that had direct access to the unit. We highly recommend this condo.“
