„This condo is exactly as pictured, just beautiful. The view is breathtaking from the moment you enter the unit! Carol is very responsive. „Our host was great communicating everything we needed for an effortless stay. We brought two vehicles and had plenty of space to park. The beach was very close and with the golf cart getting around was very easy. And the kitchen is ready to be test daily as we did. I found everything needed to cook every menu item we thought about. This host is A++ and we can see us coming back again“

„Overall the location was great, Brian is a good host. The condo itself was nice and has a fantastic view of the ocean, the pool and hot tub are very nice as well. Everyone at the condo facility was very nice. The beach shop is a great little store on the bottom level and the owner was a great guy. Only negative was the bar downstairs as a lot of the partons would huddle in the garage and smoke and you have to walk through it to get to the elevator. “

„Paul's "Beachy" condo was just as he described in the listing. Clean, plenty of room, and steps from the beach. There is a slight "ocean view" from the back porch, which was a nice location to hang out in the evening. the bathrooms were fully stocked with towels, shampoo, hangers, etc. Beds were comfortable. The building itself is a bit dated, but this is more on the condo and less on this particular unit. All things considered, a comfortable place to stay for a few days!“

„The place is large and located in a great spot - close to the beach, pool, gym, splash pad and racquet courts. Communication was very good with the owner. We put in the address in our GPS but were not able to access until we found the administration building and security building. They require a 30.00 downpayment for an access card to the complex of which only 10.00 is returned! The house could have been a bit cleaner especially the bathrooms. The kitchen is a little tired too.“
