Marco and family are helpful and knowledgeable. He will arrange transport and tours and is very helpful. Once you get to know the area, everything is at your fingertips. Also it may appear to be a in unsafe area but it is actually pretty secure and safe. They a plenty of YouTube videos that will show you exactly what to expect. “

Thing that let it down for me was the fact I booked it for the free airport shuttle, but when I came to booking the taxi they said it was only for guests staying for 5 days so be aware of that when booking as they don’t make that clear. “

„The staff is amazing. Sliding doors wasn't lacking, shower was clogged. The entrance of the hotel smells disgusting, dusty and durty! But the view of the pyramids from them roof top is great “

„The place was dirty, dirty floors, dirty bathroom, bugs in the bed. Still had last guest’s toothbrush most likely from 6 months ago given IT’s condition left on the hot water tank valves. Dogs running around the street at night fighting with each other. Looks nothing like IT’s pictures as posted. Will never, ever stay there again. Horrible place. “
