„The Staff was very nice and friendly. The room and everything in it appeared clean and well kept.. Bed was comfortable, lots of Hot Water for Shower. We did not have anything there for breakfast as we had other plans, but Breakfast that was served looked very good, Just a few heavy footsteps overhead from floor above our room but other than that we were very pleased with everything and would not hesitate to stay there again.“

„It is very close to Michigan State University, and there is a large supermarket next to it for dining and shopping, so it is very convenient for life. The room cleaning and counter service staff are very polite, and the lobby lounge provides free ice water and hot coffee in the morning. It feels very considerate to visit in the cold winter!“

„My room was a handicapped room which was approved by me. But the shower did not work which probably meant no one had been in that room for quite a while. They fixed it the second day, but I missed my shower the first morning I was there! The breakfast was fantastic, however!“

„Very nice setting, amazing restaurant, great staff, very good breakfast buffet, cute area with many walkable eating locations, conveniently located near the college. It was all amazing, but our water had very low and slow pressure. It was barely strong enough to shower and definitely not enough to wash our hair. The furnace heat was also loud. When it turned on it sounded like a passing train I the near distance. We used a sound machine and some Melatonin to counteract the disturbance.“
