„The room was nice. Unfortunately, there was a draft coming from the window. We would have reported it, however there was rarely anyone at the front desk. The staff, from what we could tell, was pleasant. However, they seemed surprisingly understaffed. Not sure if that's a budgeting concern, or if no one wants to work there. „Ist eigentlich mein Stammhotel in Grand Rapids da es echt sauber, zentral und vom Preis/Leistung top ist. Dieses Mal hatte ich glaube ich einfach Pech bei der Zimmerzuteilung mit Zimmer 209, der Kühlschrank war so laut, das gefühlt ein Traktor durchs Zimmer fährt(nach abschalten war es okay). Zimmer wirkte abgelebt. Hab das dann unten an der Rezeption gesagt, aber der Kollege war mehr mit seinem Handy beschäftigt und desinteressiert mir ein alternatives Zimmer zu geben. War jedoch das erste Mal ...
