„Ich war den ganzen Tag in Meetings in unserem Werk und habe das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen aufgesucht. Soweit war alles ok, aber die Zimmer im 4. Stock sind teilweise sehr lauf. Der Grund hierfür ist, dass die Gebläse für die Klimatisierung vor den Fenstern sind und die ganze Nacht durchlaufen.“

„AC Unit and TV didn't work. It was almost 90 degrees in there. I couldn't stay in that room under those conditions. Then, they told me there was no other rooms available when I asked for a different room, which I highly doubt that. I ended up going to another hotel and paying for another room elsewhere. Now I have to battle Expedia to try and get a refund, which I'm sure will be a nightmare and end up not getting my money back. “

„The pool was not open when I checked in. But opened pretty late in the evening. I was pretty bummed that I didn’t get to soak in the hot tub. The breakfast is super early in the morning as well. It could be a little later. “

„I originally didn’t intend to book a room at this hotel, but because of getting a horrible room at a different hotel this was a last minute decision. Walking in, I was immediately greeted by a young woman with a wide face. It was then that I knew this place would be a whole lot safer than the last. Then as I opened the door to my room, I was faced with shock. It certainly wasn’t what I was expecting but better! The room was huge, I quite literally felt like Kevin from the Home Alone movies ...

„Zimmer schmutzig, Bettwäsche mit Flecken, Boden total versifft im Zimmer und nicht gesaugt, Fliesen im Bad dreckig, insgesamt total alt und runtergekommen. Auf Beschwerden an der Rezeption nur Schulterzucken, " man könne nichts für die Arbeit der Zimmermädchen..." das Zimmer wurde auch nicht begutachtet, ein anderes Zimmer war angeblich nicht frei (obwohl online noch zu buchen für diese Nacht...?) Immerhin wurde der Hausmeister geschickt um die Betten neu zu beziehen und den Teppich zu ...
