„House is newer and very clean. The 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom is nice for 3 couples. Great showers in all the baths. The pool gets shade from the house in the afternoon. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has the basics for cooking. The great room could use another comfortable chair and a cushion on the wicker chair for more seating for 6 people. The surfaces are all hard in the great room and causes an echo that makes it hard to hear. Would definitely stay again. “

„Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!“

„Need a little get away, this place fit the bill. Nice efficiency type condo only a few steps to a small beach with a beautiful ocean view. Close to many nice restaurants. The weather wasn't perfect but managed a swim in the ocean and used the heated pool. Quiet condo complex. Since we only had a few days, the owner accepted a 5 day stay. Would definitely go again!!“

„While somewhat clean it lacked plugs in the kitchen and none in the bathroom. Curtain in bath was trimmed with a pair of scissors and not hemmed. The .99 cent shower curtain had a hole in it. The toilet seat was hanging on by a thread and the toilet itself was on some sort of nasty platform. I have pics. All of things could be easily fixed. “

„Superb!!! Best-ever stay. We were so pleasantly surprised, as the pictures were okay, but the house is so much better. We kayaked, grilled, and used the pool. We explored Curry Hammock State Park by Kayak, watched sunsets, and enjoyed the refreshing dipping pool at the end of our long days. There is so much to do around, from Key West (just 40 minutes away) to explore the restaurants in Marathon; the house was wonderful, but the town is truly quaint, too.“

„Best house ever. Very friendly host and ready to please with any requests. The beds were top quality. The house is perfect for families, the kitchen is great to cook, they have games, fishing poles and is very clean. We have never seen such beautiful sunsets. Easy to get to from anywhere in the country. Marathon is a unique destination, great food, quaint and you don’t get tired of coming back every year. WE RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE.“
