„This is a nice property in a stunning location. But it needs more attention, especially with respect to the outdoor area. The pictures on the internet do not show that the dinning area has been transformed into a new and forth bedroom. The new wall takes away some light from the kitchen area which is now somehow dark.“

„Superb!!! Best-ever stay. We were so pleasantly surprised, as the pictures were okay, but the house is so much better. We kayaked, grilled, and used the pool. We explored Curry Hammock State Park by Kayak, watched sunsets, and enjoyed the refreshing dipping pool at the end of our long days. There is so much to do around, from Key West (just 40 minutes away) to explore the restaurants in Marathon; the house was wonderful, but the town is truly quaint, too.“

„Best house ever. Very friendly host and ready to please with any requests. The beds were top quality. The house is perfect for families, the kitchen is great to cook, they have games, fishing poles and is very clean. We have never seen such beautiful sunsets. Easy to get to from anywhere in the country. Marathon is a unique destination, great food, quaint and you don’t get tired of coming back every year. WE RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE.“

„Dated but very charming, clean, safe, quiet and private location. Parking is nice and easy! Pool is decent, although it would be nice if it stayed open a little later. The staff was very nice and accommodating (office hours are a bit limited). My only complaint is the water pressure is not great in the showers, but the water was nice and hot! Overall, it’s a great place to stay and would definitely stay there again. “

„Wir hatten das Haus über Fewo für drei Übernachtungen gebucht. Es entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung auf dem Portal und bietet für eine Gruppe bis zu acht Personen auch genug Platz. Es liegt mitten im Herzen von Marathon an einem kleinen Kanal der direkt zum Golf führt. Wer die Ruhe der Keys genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Highlights wie der Sombrero Beach und auch die Delfin Station sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Key West ist in einer guten Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der ...

Great restaurants, fishing, turtle hospital, dolphin research center, aquarium, and right out back of your getaway you may catch sight of a manatee or two. Um Zimmerservice zu erhalten hätte man wohl fragen müssen, aber es hatte Reserve Wäsche und Shampoo und Duschmittel im Bad. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe der Strasse gelegen, von der man schon immer wieder die Autos hört. Der Pool ist sehr schön aber sehr warm. Was schon erwähnt wurde. Es empfiehlt sich früh am Morgen zu schwimmen, dann ist er etwas kühler. Die Dusche ist leider ...

Gutes, schön gelegenes Hotel

"Die Zimmer (kleine Wohnung) sind schon etwas älter, sind aber gut eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte alles was wir brauchten. Um Zimmerservice zu erhalten hätte man wohl fragen müssen, aber es hatte Reserve Wäsche und Shampoo und Duschmittel im Bad. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe der Strasse gelegen, von der man schon immer wieder die Autos hört. Der Pool ist sehr schön aber sehr warm. Was schon erwähnt wurde. Es empfiehlt sich früh am Morgen zu schwimmen, dann ist er etwas kühler. Die Dusche ist leider kaputt. Vorne am Meer hat es Liegestühle und der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Es gibt zwei Stand-ups und zwei Kayakboote zum auslehnen. War wunderschön unsere Kayaktour am Morgen... Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!"
