„We only had 3 days to visit the area. Our stay was very comfortable and convenient to Bar Harbor. We could walk the mile to town. Which was easier than trying to park dow there! Close to the entry to Acadia. Also appreciated the breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Everyone we ran across was very friendly.“

„Very, and I mean VERY quiet. The only thing we saw nearby were three deer that were in the yard and the woods next door, and we saw them nearly every day. And of course the birds! VERY close to the ocean. We were lucky when we were there as the ferry and a lot of restaurants close for the season, the following week. Very short drive to Acadia-Schoodic and about an hour to the main Acadia. Schoodic was deserted but the main one was packed. Our fault; we picked a day two cruise ships were ...

„Sehr gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Cottage in welchem wir uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht um gut zu kochen. Ein Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Gute Ausgangslage für Trips in den Acadia National Park. Ein sehr schöner Badesee mit Sandstrand ist ganz nah. “

„Perfect location and beautiful house. We are a family of 10 adults and had plenty of room. The park is fun to visit though parking can be challenging. The same with Bar Harbor, great town but difficult to park. I’d recommend this home and location for a Fall getaway. Foliage was amazing. House was clean and stocked but needed a few more forks and coffee cups. 😀“

„Fans and hair dryers were available along with spices, coffee, tea, and numerous kitchen items.So great! But…. We brought them from home unnecessarily. A couple criticisms- The kitchen cookware was poorly maintained, had hit spots and rounded bottoms- difficult to cook with. Cast iron pans would be a great addition! The fridge needs an ice maker. Knives were very dull- all of them. The compactor and light switches should be labeled for easier use. Living room was rearranged by our group ...
