The rooms were equipped with AC's but one of the ACs wasn’t working, the kitchen was fully equipped, two full bathrooms but no towels, no wifi, no warm water. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. „Our host went out of his way to pick us up at the bus stop and took us to the house. Gave us a short briefing. We looked around, my wife really liked the house and the area …as while we were walking distance to the town we were deep in the forest. The area is full of song birds. The property has a security guard and a large gate that is kept locked at night. It’s about 15 min walk to the main part of town but it’s an easy walk. A wonderful outdoors restaurant is less than 10 min away that serves ...

„The mark of a good rental in my opinion is whether you would rent it again and l will! I loved the design and feel of this house. Above the living quarters was a nice deck with a great view and nice area for meditation and yoga. The bed and pillows were nice comfortable and clean. The outdoor bathroom had a great view the lake, yet was private. There were plenty of Tuk-Tuks going by to catch a ride into San Marcos. Alsoutdoor bathroom wascomfortable. “
