„Very responsive owner/property manager. Good location for a beach view. Beach access was as advertised, however, the beach was covered in seaweed. Nice walking paths and pool. Kitchen had everything we needed and had new appliances. Other parts of the property showed some wear.“

„We stayed here for two weeks- May 11-25 2024. The property is very nice, as pictured on the photos. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. There are two beach umbrellas and 4 chairs at the property. Air conditioning worked without any issues (some issues were mentioned in previous reviews, we did not have any). „We had such a great time at Carlos' property in Humacao. Palmas del Mar is a great location with many beaches, pools, shops and restaurants within the community, as well as lots of additional amenities within Humacao proper. The property that we had originally booked had a maintenance issue shortly before our stay, so Carlos moved us to another of his properties, in Mare Sereno, which was absolutely gorgeous. „The condo was very nice, we especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Check in and out was easy and quick. We rented a golf cart so the teens could go off on their on, which they really enjoyed. There are chairs in the main grassy area that an attendant will unlock and take to the beach for you.
