„The Ledge is an adorable cottage perched on a hill with 180 degree views of waterfront. We saw herons, plovers, pheasants and a bald eagle. The owners were so friendly and kind. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Make sure you stop in Sherbrooke to get groceries and other supplies you want. The location is quite rural. Luckily we bought some precooked meals from a neighbor down the road and they were really delicious. This is a beautiful area of Nova Scotia. “

„A very nice property. Four couples stayed there a night while on a motorcycle tour of Nova Scotia. One of the bedrooms didn’t have access to a bathroom so it was more of a 3br house rather than 4br. Spacious with many amenities but there were numerous sticky notes around informing us of things that didn’t work or shouldn’t be used. The access road was gravel and not motorcycle friendly.“

„The cottage was the perfect place for our small team to set up a 'home base' while working in the area. The location was perfect, the cottage was clean and well kept. The host was great, very responsive, and even checked in on us during a passing tropical storm to ensure everything was ok. I would highly recommend!“

„The location of this property was spectacular. We were able to walk the beach just steps from the door. The house was very comfortable. There was an adequate supply of bottled water to overcome the piped water which smelled off. We loved our stay. “

„The location and natural surroundings were stunning. We loved the view, the sound of the waves, and the tranquility. The beach, decks, and exterior furniture were fantastic. Large windows let in so much light, and the WiFi was strong enough for remote work. However, there are some issues. The second bed is just a mattress on the floor, and the first bed was uncomfortable, causing back pain. Basic cooking supplies were minimal, and cell service is spotty. The house leaks when it rains, causing a ...

„I’ll start this review by saying that we’ve stayed at plenty of cottages. This one was by FAR our favourite. The inside feels brand new (although the TV didn’t work for the duration of our stay but we didn’t mind we had so many activities) and the outside is a DREAM. Right on the most beautiful lake, with kayaks and a floating pad for swimming and relaxing. The property and the.lake house were so clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will be coming back! “

„Property was exactly as listed and check in was seamless. Beautiful view from the deck and only minutes from Pomquet Beach., and 15 minutes from Antigonish. Cottage was spotless and everything you need is there. We would highly recommend it. “
