„Cute little hotel with amazing views. Front desk staff was very friendly. Loved the suite setup so that we weren’t all cramped in one room. The pull out was surprisingly comfortable. Could use some updated balcony furniture. The footrest was broken off one and a nail was sticking out. The other had no footrest. Breakfast was basic. „I was going through a very difficult time. The staff at the front desk were absolutely AMAZING! They were all super friendly, nice, very professional. I can not thank them enough for their kindness. I HIGHLY recommend the Extended Stay America! The hotel itself was clean, they have kitchenettes that were greatly appreciated. All around, an awesome experience and great hotel!“

„I chose this hotel for the indoor pool, the pool temperature was incredibly cold, too cold to get in. Asked the front desk what the temperature was and they did not know nor did they care and said the temperature could not be increased, nobody was in the pool all weekend. I would have chosen a cheaper place without a pool if I knew in advance the pool was too cold to get in.“

„The Property is very nice. Our room was very nice and comfortable. We were there on a Monday night in the off Season. Empty parking lot. Good for us. What was strange is that we were not greeted by the staff. We said hello, good morning ect and were ignored by 2 out of 4 staff members.
