„Lovely clean room, bathroom a good size, think we might have had the largest room. Bed was soft and comfy. Breakfast was delicious, cooked perfectly. Pub is in a good position in the village with walks from the doorstep and near great TI office. Pub meals are not overpriced.“

„Love staying at Blackwell Grange. They always make you feel so welcome. The grange has its mix of the tradition and the modern. The grounds are lovely for a little stroke around too. It will be fantastic when the update on the spar is completed. “

„Hotel was lovely the room was beautiful with 4 poster bed. The only thing I would say is that you don’t get to use the pool or spa and when I booked it. It didn’t say you had to pay extra on the booking at the time so that was abit disappointing. Apart from that location is great. We walked into Darlington for dinner. “

„Zimmer war trotz Nachfragens und kühler, nasser Witterung nicht zu heizen. Der Boden knarrte bei jedem Schritt, die Zimmertüre schlug in verschlossenem Zustand laut mit, wenn jemand die Flurtüre bewegte. Im Bad stand neben der Toilette eine Pfütze, das Wasser der Dusche konnte wegen falsch nivelierter Duschwanne nicht vollständig ablaufen und im unteren Bereich fand sich Schimmel.“

„This is above a pub 2 minutes from the station. Eaglescliffe is a nice place to stay though there isn't much around the station to look at. The hotel is a bit basic but clean and good value for money.“

"Das erste Zimmer war total abgewohnt, dreckig und stank. Gottseidank bekamen wir auf Grund der defekten Toilettenspülung ein Zimmer gegenüber. Es war quasi ein Upgrade (Seaview). „Normal“ sauber (zumindest keine Flecken auf Sofa und Teppich), Kühlschrank und Ventilator. Durch die Seeseite aber auch laut (Straße und Strandpromenade). Egal wo man herging musste man immer ein paar Treppen laufen. Außerdem am letzten Ende."

"Schönes Hotel, wenn auch das Bad etwas altmodisch ist. Allerdings bin ich stinksauer, weil man mir nach drm Auschecken eine Rechnung für das Frühstück geschickt hat. Ich hatte es beim Einchecken nachgebucht! Das ist kein Kunden. "
