„Construction: Buxton Tower Top had carpenters replacing all the railings and pickets for the upstairs deck. The arrived every morning Tues-Fri so we could not sleep in or enjoy our bottom deck while construction went on all day. We informed Vacasa Property Management and were offered a 25% refund on the rental for the week which was acceptable to us. Entrance road was covered by deep sand in places. This was not a problem for us as we brought our Jeep, but if we had brought our sedan, we would ...

„This was the perfect little place for us to stay in the OBX. Everything was clean and you could see the beach from the top deck. Everything worked in the kitchen ( we went to food lion and cooked almost every night ) Everything in the description was correct. The hot tub is out of this world! I will be staying here again! “

„Overall our vacation was a 5, but this house is more like a 3. The property has great potential, but has not been maintained. The pool was fantastic, but was surrounded by weeds and included a pile of broken and rusted pool toys. The pool loungers(3) were all broken and unusable. „We stayed here for a long weekend with our young kids. It was a nice size and open layout downstairs. The bathrooms could use come updating and the whole house could use a deep cleaning. The edges of all the rooms were sandy and dusty, vents and ac needed to be cleaned. We loved that it was steps to the beach especially with babies!“

„The stay was overall pretty good. The only thing we found was there are only 2 washers and dryers for the entire campground. 1 washer was broken and there was no change machine to get quarters and the office was closed. Could also use a playground for the little ones as there isnt much for kids on the property other than the pool for summer. “

„First time using VRBO, heard horror stories from others regarding key pad to door not working to the location left dirty. This unit was perfect. You can’t come here though expecting it to be like staying in those huge 3 plus level houses. There is no washer and dryer. This was my family’s 14th year staying at the cabana’s, we typically utilize another rental agency but theirs were all booked for our week. "Der erste Anblick ist etwas konfus, wohl durch das bunte Ambiente der einzelnen Hausabschnitte. Tatsächlich haben wir auf unserer Reise allerdings die beste Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten in einem Motel vorgefunden. Das Bad war mit einer großen, ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet und sogar gefliest. Die Küchenzeile hat eine Kaffeemaschine mit Zubehör, einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle und viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Koch- und Grillmöglichkeiten sind in einem außen liegenden Gemeinschaftsbereich großzügig vorhanden. Der Service war stets gut, der Empfang sehr nett, unkompliziert. Auch haben wir viele Tipps für gute Restaurants in der Nähe bekommen. Beim Auschecken musste lediglich der Schlüssel abgegeben werden. Alles in einem: Sehr zu empfehlen."
