„Wonderful stay! Awesome property! Perfectly clean! Would give it 10 stars if that were an option. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a marvelous stay. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic view. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans, cormorants, and gulls as well as the jumping mullet. Mike is an excellent host! This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. “

„Beautiful beach view and easy access to pristine beach. Even though it was March we were pleasantly surprised to be able to see dolphins swimming/feeding up and down the coast most days all throughout the day! Kitchen is well stocked and accommodations were perfect for our family of 3. Just wish the hot tub could have been open and/or access to the clubhouse to play pool. Recommend bringing or buying a kite (we bought a prism from Kitty hawk kites) “

„We had a great stay at this rental. Even though as some other reviews suggest, the condo is a bit outdated, it would not deter us from renting this condo again. The location is great (we’ve been in OBX multiple times and love Avon!) and the ocean views can’t be beat. Waking up every morning to the sun rising over the ocean was amazing. If you’re a family like ours, and aren’t bothered by the condo being a little outdated, I would highly recommend this rental! “

„This was our second stay at Sea Glass. We love it! Ray is awesome to work with. We definitely hope to visit the area and stay at Sea Glass again. The elevator on the property was not working when we were there recently but we needed the exercise. Great little place to stay. “

„Overall the four of us girls were very happy with the location. None of us had ever been as far South on the Outer Banks, and even though it was a long day of travel to get there, we loved the location. The view of the ocean from our balcony was perfection!
