„Great little condo, walkable to the beach and the second st downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen is set up if you want to do some cooking. The one draw back is your bedroom is also the main living area, so you could not entertain. Would also be nice if the front yard was set up with some seating, but since there are other units, maybe that's an issue. Overall, good deal. “

„The apartment is not accurately listed - it really only sleeps one person, not 3. The Murphy bed that is quite short and can only sleep one adult person at an angle. This was a bit uncomfortable, but would never have worked for two persons. You had to totally rearrange the oversized couch and other furniture in the living room to pull the Murphy bed down. The second sleeping space was a cot in a walk- in closet with no ventilation, next to a wall of built-in shelves. If I had counted on this ...

„Das Appartment liegt direkt am Strand von Seal Beach. Trotzdem ist der Preis des Appartments völlig überzogen. Es fehlte Equipment in der Küche und der Abfluss der Spüle war nach dem ersten Abspülen verstopft. Bei Belegung mit 4 Personen fehlt immer ein Sitzplatz, Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls für max. 3 Personen ausgelegt.Da wir nur 3 Tage vor Ort waren, konnten wir uns damit arrangieren - einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich mir dort so nicht vorstellen.“
