Viel Ruhe und Natur umgeben das Haus, nachts leuchtet ein traumhafter Sternenhimmel. Drei Katzen und jede Menge Schafe auf der Weide komplettieren das Urlaubsidyll. „Es ist ein schönes, älteres Häuschen auf dem Land, bei dem einem am Morgen die Hühner und Schafe begrüßen. Im Haus selbst findet man alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ein schönes Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der englischen Landschaft.“

„Sehr gemütliches Haus. Großartiger Garten mit wahnsinnig tollem Ausblick. Prima Gastgeber und sehr nette Nachbarn. Leider funktionierten Backofen und Mikrowelle nicht. Küchenausstattung wie Pfannen und Geschirr sind etwas hinüber. Ansonsten war alles da was man braucht. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir würden wieder buchen.“

„Overall this was a good stay, rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of space for 10 adults to stay. However, both ovens failed to heat properly which made cooking a bit of a pain. Check in process was not great, only being able to arrive between 5-6, the owner did not respond to any prior messages. Despite this, the local area was stunning, and the house was fit for purpose and good value considering the price of other locations in the area for a group this size.“

„Sehr gelungener Umbau eines alten Hopfenspeichers! Viele Treppen, aber liebevoll eingerichtet und mit ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Ideal für 2-4 Leute. Ca. 3 km außerhalb von Tenbury Wells, aber daher auch sehr ruhig gelegenes Cottage. Auto wird benötigt. John und Maggie wohnen im Haupthaus und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto kann man die sehr schönen umliegenden Städtchen besuchen oder auch zu Wanderorten fahren. Uns ist es in 10 sehr schönen Tagen nie langweilig geworden. Keine ...

„A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat.“

„The barn conversion is set in stunning Shropshire scenery. When we arrived we received a warm welcome from the owner. The property is warm and comfortable with many original features. There was plenty of room for the 11 family members in our group - lots of comfy armchairs, and pretty bedlinen on all the beds. The kitchen was slightly small for so large a group but we managed without a problem. There is a large Sainsbury's store within easy reach and we found plenty to do.“

„One of the quietest places we have stayed. All worked as described. 8 or 9 minutes walk from town centre. We only used two bedrooms, but would strongly recommend E.g for a family with a granny.“

„Property was so cosy and clean. The views were to die for. Extremely remote snd lovely and quiet but not too far to be able to drive to certain places. Thankfully the owner of the property made our stay work after the booking agent hadnt informed her we were coming as she had no knowledge we were booked in.“

„Lovely stay at the bungalow. Three friends on a singing weekend nearby. It was very well equipped, clean and peaceful. A drainer rack for the sink would be useful and the mattresses were a little ‘tired’. Nevertheless it was great for us and we would stay there again.“
