„This property has so much potential and I really hope the owners are able to make it everything it could be. Unfortunately at the moment there's a lot of room for improvement and the price didn't reflect that. The cleanliness level was not brilliant and the space was extremely cold. You are provided with a small gas heater, however it simply isn't capable of heating the space on a cold night. The bedding is summer weight, and there is no insulation, so the cold really bites. „We only had a few nights at the Motor House, while we attended to some business locally, but would have liked to stay longer! Absolutely splendid accommodation. Lots of space, beautifully set out with everything you might need. Beautiful location too. Very quiet with great views all round.“

„Great secure location for dogs, Peaceful in the evenings. Took two Huskies who like to be the leaders of other dogs and they got on well with their dogs too. Ragland Castle is worth a visit. Chepstow castle was a bit disappointing, rude reception women and half of it was closed for repairs with no mention by the reception women.“

„Wonderful property, very well equipped, had a lovely stay with the family . Good communication with the host . Beautiful area . Only downside poor wi-fi connection and tv did not work,but didn't spoil our weekend. The Pandy inn is highly recommended. “

The Throne is a lovely quirky house very well placed for walks directly from the property and excellent local restaurants.
