„We’ve been looking to purchase a home in Ninety Six and recognized the pictures of this one. It was a perfect location for us. The house was comfortable and fairly well appointed. Only 1 dish towel was provided but we had to leave a day early due to the hurricane and possibility of flooding. „Very private location at the end of a dead end. I wiped out the fridge and sink because it was alittle dirty. There was dirt on the bottom bunk from whoever made the bed stepped there so we just dusted it off. We just needed a place to sleep before riding the ohv trails the next morning, so it was perfect for that. We couldnt figure out how to keep both ACs on but that was fine as well. „This is a great cozy cottage perfect for our needs. Everything was thought of from k cups and snacks to kayaks and paddle boards. Owner very attentive and super responsive. „We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and the lake was beautiful. I think it's important to note that the bedroom with the king sized bed is on the first floor, which is the main entrance to the home and also contains the laundry room. There is no way to close a door for extra privacy to this room. This was not a major issue for us, but I can see this being a concern for others. “
