„The staff was friendly from the check-in process to checkout. They reached out to me and let me know the card on file was expired. I was able to fix the issue and room was available when we arrived. The room was clean, and spacious, with chrome cast was an option for streaming from your phone. The surrounding area is very nice. There is a trail to walk behind the hotel along with a few restaurants within walking distance. “

Although the hotel is situated at a busy crossroad, the traffic didn't bother too much thanks to extra windows. The tram right across the street took me to Concention Center in minutes, very comfortable ! The bus stop to the airport is just around the corner, another reason to chose this accommodation, for my next stay again. See you then ! “

„It was such a nice place when it was the Sorella hotel.Today i would not stay again.They have done no renovation the last years. Chair dirty, carpet dirty, bathroom ventilation dirty. Breakfast like a 2 Star hotel. The area is beautifull but the problem is to pay 230$ /night for this hotel.At check out they wäre not able to give me an envelope for the bill.“
