„I’m thrilled with the location of this condo. It’s just a quick walk to the beach, and there are also easy-to-access walking, running, and biking trails. There are plenty of local restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, and attractions nearby. The only downside is that I didn’t receive the email from Evolve with the check-in/out instructions, as it was delivered to my spam folder. The unit was a bit dusty, probably because it was the off-season when I visited, but a quick trip to the local ...

„We had a wonderful stay. Our host was available anytime we needed a helpful hand. It condo is 35 steps up. If you enjoy a little exercise, it is a perfect location. “

„What an excellent place to stay. I was in town for my son’s bachelor party wanted a little place away from the kids. It was clean. The location is fantastic. The beach is right there. I’m mistakenly left clothes behind in the room. The host was so so nice. She packed up my clothes and sent them to me and refused to take payment, I couldn’t have been happier with my choice“

„We have stayed several times at The Spa on Port Royal and this time was just as enjoyable as all of the others. Easy check-in. Short walk to the beach. Lots to do on resort as well; 3 pools, hot tub, tennis courts, cornhole, and shuffleboard.“

„I never leave reviews but felt this one definitely deserved it. Traveled to many places and can say my favorite to date. Everything was just as described if not better, and knowing the lot was under 24 hour surveillance I didn’t have to worry about anything other than enjoying time with the family. Have nothing negative to say about the overall experience. “

„Eine wunderschöne FeWo in zentraler Lage zum Stadtkern ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß und unmittelbarer Lage zum Fluss. Sehr schöne ruhige FeWo, leider ist das Café/ die Bäckerei , nicht wie im Inserat beschrieben , jetzt schon länger geschlossen und auch die unbewohnten Nachbarhäuser wirken nicht heimelig. Aber die nähere Umgebung lädt dann doch auch zu einem Abendspaziergang ein , toller Südstaatenflair .“

„Our stay was terrific! We loved the property! The jets in the hot tub didn't work, but it was still hot and relaxing. The elevator in our building stopped working one night, but they fixed it quickly and were so nice about it! The room itself was amazing! We will definitely be back!“

„Condo was less than expected. Fans in bathroom didn't work or when they did i was waiting for a fire. Every step the upstairs neighbors took could be heard, not to mention the squeeking floor. The hot tub is supposed to be 18+ only, but every evening a group of teens would congregate, play music and drink alcohol, making it so the adults couldnt use the hot tub. Called security and was told the cameras didnt work, but they would check. I could see the hot tub from my condo. The security guy ...
