„Kitchen well stocked with dishware, pots/pans, etc. They supplied us with a new sponge and bottle of dish soap which was very nice. AC works very well. Mattresses were comfortable. Overall clean and comfortable. The chair in the living room needs to be replaced. It is not suitable for sitting. It’s so bad that one of the springs is poking out of the bottom. Also, the bathtub spigot in the master bathroom drips. But, other than that, no issues.“

This is a nontraditional rental, in that it has white carpet and very formal furniture. It is not like a condo or townhouse that is up to date with modern amenities. „This property faces the ocean! And so does the balcony! It is steps to the pool and a few more to the beach! It's a great location. The condo was recently refreshed, and was well done; it looks so nice. The bedding was high quality, and they used Kohler plumbing products. The whole area is well maintained and clean. A large number of restaurants and shops are just minutes away. A great place to vacation!“

The kitchen has everything and more that you need. Plenty of seating for dining am watching tv or playing the large supply of board games. The WiFi was great as was cell service. The pool is very large and well maintained. Beach toys, chairs, and wagons are available for the quick walk to the beach. Nice location, close to ...

„The condo was small, but was fine for just the two of us. My husband is not a small man and so the bed was not quite big enough..but we made do. The area was very nice and since we're there at the end of October, the crowds were down and we liked that. The area had lots to offer too. Beach access was close...no crossing a road...which was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We were originally booked for August, but the hurricane was coming and so the owners graciously allowed us this rain ...
