„Our stay at Zyanya was absolutely perfect. The home is immaculate and exactly as pictured. Absolutely stunning views and very quiet, we loved that there was no road noise and could just enjoy the crashing waves. „We are a group of 26 family members. This house was wonderful - all of us fit so easily. Two large group rooms with big kitchens: we used one as the bar area and the other as the food area. the pool is beautiful, but not very warm. Unfortunately, when we were there the hot tub was not working. Maureen, the property manager is great and helped us with alternatives. We would return! “

Es war super sauber und das Bett sehr gemütlich und genügend Handtücher/Badetücher. Besonders hilfreich auch die Infomappe mit vielen Tipps. Wir haben uns hier sehr willkommen gefühlt. The owner was slow to respond after the initial booking when we had to make changes to our reservation it took a number of attempts to get a response but the owner did accommodate our changes. Overall definitely a great place to stay.“

„This was a great property to accommodate our larger-than-normal group! The location is close to the Piers for charter pick-up (whale sharks) and restaurants easily within walking distance. „We had a wonderful family vacation! The home was perfect for the 13 of us and accommodated all of our needs. The house is clean and well appointed for large groups. Victor and Ginny were very attentive to our needs and if you pay for the chef service, they really do their best to accommodate all of your diet and meal preferences and prepare the tastiest meals! You do need a golf cart or taxi in order to get around as the home is not within walking distance to town. We had such a wonderful time ...

„If you’re wanting a small piece of paradise to make many memories this is your place! It has everything plus some! It’s close to everything! Definitely will want to rent golf carts to get around! The main house and casitas are amazing! Bbq to use, pool, decks w shade if wanted! Unforgettable trip! Definitely a must re-do! Thanks for an amazing vacation!“

„Tolles kleines und absolut ausreichendes Apartment-Zimmer, schön eingerichtet. Pool befindet sich gegenüber im Beach Club (großartiges Essen und eine tolle Badestelle mit kristallklarem Wasser, wo man den ganzen Tag verbringen kann - Kajak und Standup Paddling for free) Lage des Hotels ist im Süden der Insel eher abgelegen, zu unserer Zeit sehr ruhig. Nach 10 minütiger Taxifahrt ist man aber im eher trubeligeren Norden der Insel. Check-In super schnell, nette Kommunikation und Badetowels for ...

Tolles Hotel mit wunderschönem Strand/Meer

"Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Viele feine Restaurants in fünf Minuten. Fusswegdistanz. Daher absolut kein Problem, dass Hotel ohne Mahlzeit gebucht wird. Hotel sauber und an wunderbarem weissem Sandstrand. Teils etwas verwirrend da direkt links und rechts am Strand Anbieter/Verkäufer für öffentliche Gäste sind. Somit können auch andere Gäste einen Liegestuhl mieten, welche unmittelbar neben Ixchelsektor stehen. Verpflegungsservice am Strand durch Hotelmitarbeiter funktioniert bestens. Wlan auch am Strand vorhanden. Viele Tagesausflugsboote direkt vor der Nase im Meer aussen, somit viele Besucher im Wasser/Strand. Zimmer sehr grosszügig mit vielen Ablageflächen, sauber aber optisch nichts spezielles. "

"Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen fußläufig zum Ort und an dem schönsten Strand der Insel. Morgens, bevor die Boote kommen konnte man fast alleine im Wasser sein, aber auch später war es nie zu voll und traumhaft schön. Unser Zimmer war ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Einzige, was wir nicht mehr machen würden war ein Golfcard im Hotel buchen, denn woanders sind die billiger und besser… Insgesamt haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. "
