The location is close enough to Fredericksburg without being in the city. However, there was no spa/whirlpool, no satellite/cable, and no ice maker available as stated on the VRBO listing. Also, there was no wi-fi in the suite.“

„Property was just as described, it had everything you would need from pot and pants to extra towels and sheets of all sizes. The outdoor area was great it was too cold to get in the pool but the hot tub was great!!The only negative thing I can say was that I expected to meet the owner or at least the person that was in charge of taking care of the property. Just to get information about the area or tell us about the property and animals.But overall I would definitely book again!“

Plenty of parking space available. Dining room and living room had space for us all to hang out. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again when in the area. “

I was very paranoid about breaking any rules. There were so many and a charge listed for everything done wrong, that it wasn’t easy to sleep at night, honestly. I am a natural rule follower.
