„My husband and I stayed here for one night for a weekend trip to the national park and wish we could’ve stayed a bit longer! It was a cute little home. „The condo is quite spacious, more than expected. We enjoyed the modern touches and private parking is a big plus in downtown Frederick. So close to Carroll Creek and Market St. The hosts are responsive. We highly recommend staying at Gideon Getaways! “

„Townhome was in a very convenient location, nicely stocked, roomy, and very comfortable. Communication was fast, friendly and helpful. We came for a girls' weekend and left wanting to come back again soon! No complaints. We'd definitely stay here again and were happy to support a Veteran family!“

„The property was exactly as presented, charming, well-situated and very clean. As a believer in details making a difference, I was impressed by the thoughtfulness of the owners. I only wish we had had more time to truly enjoy all 22 Briar Patch Lane had to offer. The lovely Potomac beckoned, but it was too chilly to spend an evening beside the river. I hope another time.“

„Easy to book and communicate with PM. Greatly appreciate being pet friendly as we travel with our aging mini doxie. You are in the woods, so there are bugs folks. Plenty of bedrooms to choose from on two levels for those who want to channel their inner Goldilocks. Kitchen is stocked so that it is easy to cook meals and for the coffee/tea drinkers you don’t have to leave the floor you are on for another cup if you don’t want to. „My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Harper's Ferry. It is a beautiful historic town with many sights to see. This house made it very convenient to have quick access to everything. It was especially useful for time management. We were able to complete our full itinerary that we had planned in advance.“

„We went to the John paul jones arena during our stay. It was easy to get to from the farm. We wish we would have had more time to just hang out at the farm, relaxing. The screened in porch was lovely for relaxing and watching the animals. We loved the decor and the whole vibe of the place. Hosts were very gracious, we would love to a return trip in the future. “

„With grandparents and 2 families with children, not only was the house perfect but the fenced yard was huge and spectacular. We didn’t use the hot tub, but there was plenty of good space for adults, too. We gathered for a family wedding, but the space enabled us to spend a few wonderful relaxing days with family we rarely see. Communication with Leora was prompt and accommodating. 5 stars all around! „Location is great for walking to old town Leesburg. Very busy streets though, keep that in mind. Neighbors and owner were nice and not a problem. Parking can be tight for a larger vehicle. But a Yukon fits. Weather was freezing while we were there (nothing anyone can do about that) so we were stuck inside for our stay). Would be a good stop to base out of to explore historic downtown Leesburg. “

„My friend and I (40 women) randomly chose Gettysburg and this house got a quick getaway to relax. The location of the house makes it perfect for walking to anywhere in the center of town. The only slight negative to this was the noise. It is a busy road with lots of morning traffic and trucks. Other than that this home was wonderful!is that it was not a quiet street“

„Only there a few hours and it had everything we needed for our overnight stay. TV would be nice. Little farther walking for our age than anticipated but quick drive to everywhere. “

„Alles Wirkich super dort. Sehr modern, sauber und schön. Es gibt 3 Minuspunkte für uns: -Parkplatz war ziemlich weit entfernt -Das Bett war ziemlich unbequem Und der Größte Minuspunkt für uns: Wir haben einen Late Check Out angefordert, da unser Flug erst am Nachmittag war und unsere Kindern dann noch einen Mittagsschlaf haben können. Wir haben keine Rückantwort bekommen (da dort alles über eine App läuft) also gingen wir davon aus, es passt. Kinder zum Mittagsschlaf hingelegt und grade das ...
