„We stayed at the Rebert Family farmhouse in peaceful orchard country in early March. The house was the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever experienced, hands down! Our hosts provided plenty of extras, like fresh fruit, peach preserves, local coffee and plenty of snacks and beverages. There were games and a basketball hoop, as well as a new propane grill, which we took advantage of. „We had two families stay together in this beautiful farmhouse. It was very clean and well appointed with modern updates. Checkin and out was a breeze and communication with the host was super smooth. We would love to go back during warmer weather to enjoy the nicely landscaped outdoor area. “

„Close to home but far enough to leave worries behind. We checked out local breweries and all were delicious with great atmosphere. Dinner in Emmitsburg was divine and they even gave me a single red rose for Valentine's. We loved the history and charm, the property for walking, and we played some of the very old board games in the home. The owner was very responsive and helpful with navigating the snowy driveway and cleared a path to the door! We reccommend highly and will definitely return!“

„Tip of the hill was a great place to stay! All needs were met staying here. Laura was great and communicated well. We had family arrive from NYC, Maine, Arizona and Ohio. Great central location for Fall wedding nearby.“

„We had 14 people stay throughout the weekend. Plenty of room to join the fun or find a quiet space. The views were stunning and kitchen was well appointed. Everyone slept wells so the beds are great. You have a small town about 4 miles away were you can pick up items you may need. Harris Teeter is 12 miles away. Great stay! Vonda “

„Note: "Pet Friendly" only extends to dogs under 20 pounds. The park trails along the Potomac were its best feature. They start just a very short walk from the front door. The house worked out very well for us. It was sparsely furnished and some elements were slightly shabby, but it was fine as we were most interested in getting together. It was excellent value for the many bedrooms. Just don't expect a mansion. “

„Very nice house on wonderful, spacious property close to DC but feels like in the country. Listing has breakfast and playground as amenities, niether of which are accurate. Kids loved the adjustable basketball hoop. House could use a highchair for families staying with infants as we were. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes and utensils.“

„A very nice get away. Simple, clean, and quiet. Although I stayed alone, it was nice to see card and board games, books and a fun scavenger hunt around the property! I sure would bring the family next time! Lots to do close by or day trips :)“

„Spaceous, modern home on 12 acres of clean woods. Perfect for large groups or weekend events. Large, open plan on the main floor and accommodating bedrooms on the second floor. Outdoor amenities like walking trails, a fire pit, a dining area, and beautiful views. Outstanding property, only 10 minutes to Culpeper and 20 minutes from Warrenton.“

„Alles Wirkich super dort. Sehr modern, sauber und schön. Es gibt 3 Minuspunkte für uns: -Parkplatz war ziemlich weit entfernt -Das Bett war ziemlich unbequem Und der Größte Minuspunkt für uns: Wir haben einen Late Check Out angefordert, da unser Flug erst am Nachmittag war und unsere Kindern dann noch einen Mittagsschlaf haben können. Wir haben keine Rückantwort bekommen (da dort alles über eine App läuft) also gingen wir davon aus, es passt. Kinder zum Mittagsschlaf hingelegt und grade das ...
