„The house is, technically, as described but there are a few design issues that made it hard to use. The ladder, which is needed to access the loft, blocks the bathroom door. So if you have it in place for climbing, it has to be moved to open the loo door, then moved back to climb back up again. We have stayed in tiny houses before and found them easier to maneuver around. Which would be fine but at this price it should be somewhat more comfy. Caveat Emptor“

„Trailside cabins are set back from road, in a private setting. Interiors are spotlessly clean, efficient with everything you need, nicely decorated. Private access path to rocky ocean front. Very accomodating owners. “

„When visiting the impressive Louisbourg Fortress I wanted a quiet place away from noisy hotels and I found it. Excellent place to stay above 45 minutes away from the fortress but in the boonies. It’s a small cabin, rustic but with shower, hot water, kitchen, fridge, stove and a cozy bed. The screened in gazebo deck was super nice separating me from the voracious mosquitos. Super clean and a real nice quiet place to stay. Will try to book again when in Cape Breton. “

„My husband, baby, and I, along with another couple and their baby, stayed at this cottage during our trip to Cape Breton. The cottage was more spacious than we expected and fit us well. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining area was great. Our favorite part was the proximity to the beach! Great sand and swimming, and the location made it perfect for running back and forth with kids. This place is a drive away from any amenities, which we knew, but something to take into consideration.“

„The photos don’t do this property justice! The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful and you can see the water! The property manager had great communication with us as the power went out our first night and she was quick to message us and offer to bring candles and flashlights. The kitchen is very clean and nice and there is a heat pump that came in handy. Would highly recommend this cabin if you’re looking for a calm get away. „Property was good but I couldn’t enjoy because I was not able to check in for 3-4 hours because the keys of the door was not working. I tried to call the host multiple times and Also sent them multiple emails and voicemail mail about but they didn’t responded for 3-4 hours. I felt so unsafe in the woods with a space stay in the night and it was my birthday I wanted to celebrate there. I tried to contact on expedia as well but there was also no help.
