At temperatures like that a cabin needs a heating that is customer-suitable: one-click (on/off or temperature selection). But this heating was out of order (needs to be checked at this temperatures!) or it had a complex mechanism without any kind of instructions. - extra blankets were promised (since no duvet) but only one blanket for two beds provided.
