„So, at first I thought yikes that’s small but have to say no one cared when we sat on that deck facing the water!! It was so beautiful with an awesome sunrise and a nice warm breeze!!The use of the cabana club was a huge plus!! The staff, Scott and Jo Lena were so helpful and accommodating! Very relaxed feeling. Loved the the guys at the marina, also!I would definitely come back to our little floating houseboat, especially coming from the cold state of Maine….it was Heaven!“

„Good contact to owner. House was as described/seen in pictures and clean. Bed was comfortable, kitchen ok, fridge a little bit loud at night. Unfolded couch (sleeping mode) not recommened for adults, mattress too soft, but good for a child. Air condition and ceiling fan as well as WiFi very good. Cabana Club was nice and a good playground is not far away. Conclusion: nice house, well equipped and affordable. Gladly again.“

„Liz and Capt Bob were excellent host . What an amazing house !! We loved it and it accommodated us perfectly. This place was well stocked with dishes ect, the beds were so comfortable, linens were great . My only suggestion is the mirrors were way to high for ladies to get dressed (excluding the Master and a couple full length ones would’ve been very much appreciated.The kids loved the pool “

„Perfect setup for a large family vacation. Pool was warm, hottub was a nice feature. Sea wall worked Perfect for a boat to tie off to. Definitely would recommend to others and woul have no problem to stay again if available. “
