„Communication with the owner was excellent, could not have asked for a better property manager. Amenities in the backyard and the pool area were super nice along with a great Tiki Bar. Amazing views of the sunrise over the bay from the dock were awesome in the morning while drinking coffee along with by sitting by the fireplace at night enjoying a night cap Overall we had great time and would have no hesitation on coming back!“

„Stayed here for 2 weeks with friends renting the other side. planned on doing more excursions but staying here with the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar, and being on the water we were content just to enjoy all the amenities! The hosts were very helpful if we had any questions. Would gladly book again.“

„Very nice property in an extremely convenient location. Very walkable location with access to paths in every direction. Really enjoyed Sunset Park just down the street. Nice 2 person kayak to use in the canals. Very quiet, friendly neighbors and everything you need. “

„Good contact to owner. House was as described/seen in pictures and clean. Bed was comfortable, kitchen ok, fridge a little bit loud at night. Unfolded couch (sleeping mode) not recommened for adults, mattress too soft, but good for a child. Air condition and ceiling fan as well as WiFi very good. Cabana Club was nice and a good playground is not far away. Conclusion: nice house, well equipped and affordable. Gladly again.“

„Liz and Capt Bob were excellent host . What an amazing house !! We loved it and it accommodated us perfectly. This place was well stocked with dishes ect, the beds were so comfortable, linens were great . My only suggestion is the mirrors were way to high for ladies to get dressed (excluding the Master and a couple full length ones would’ve been very much appreciated.The kids loved the pool “

„Very comfortable stay. We enjoyed having plenty of room and the pool was a nice addition. The Beach Club is a very short walk and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The beach is small, but we always found a place to sit. Most nights we walked to Sunset Beach and enjoyed “celebrating” the sunset with the people of the community (singing included). Even my college age daughter enjoyed this and thought it was so cute and “wholesome”“
