Arapahoe Lodge befindet sich in der Mitte des Geschehens in River Run Village. Dieses schöne Anwesen befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt und nur einen kurzen 100 Meter zu Fuß von der Gondel und Lift; Dies ist eine erstklassige Lage. Tiefgaragenplatz, zum Gemeinschaftspool verbunden ist, die einzige Lodge mit einem Supermarkt und Liquor Store in der Lodge mit dem Wolf Felsen Tavern unten verbunden und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür machen es zu einem Familie Fantasy Resort. Es gibt viele Dinge, die nur einen kurzen Fußweg ab, einen Kaffee bei Starbucks oder inxspot zu vielen tollen Restaurants wie Wolf Felsen Tavern, The Spoon Cafe, Jay Patio Cafe, Parrot Augen, Pizza auf der Flucht, Paisano oder Kickapoo Tavern tun. In der Mitte des River Run Village ist eine Feuerstelle für die Kinder zu machen smores oder gehen Schlittschuhlaufen auf dem zugefrorenen See riesige (dem größten Natursee, die in Nordamerika mancured wird) in der Lakeside Village. Vergessen Sie nicht, dass Keystone bietet exklusive Nachtskilauf und es gibt auch eine Tubing-Hügel zum Spaß. Willkommen zu Hause.

Unser Eigentum setzt sich wie folgt: ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett log und Flachbild-TV und einen neuen Teppich. Es gibt auch ein ausziehbares Sofa, das zwei auf einem Queen-Size-Matratzen-System gewährleistet, sehr komfortabel, wie auch ein Klappbett, dass eine Königin schläft. Ein schönes offenes grosses Bad und ein Master-Bad und Master-Sitzecke. Letztlich diese Eigenschaft für 6 Personen bequem. Diese 1 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Eigenschaft ist tatsächlich größer als die Standard Zwei-Zimmer Immobilien in River Run Village und das Wohnzimmer und Essbereich Nutzen aus dem Raum. Die Wohnräume in der übergroßen Grundstück sind auch viel größer als die in einem Standard-Zwei-Bett-Bad zwei Eigentum.

Diese Eigenschaft ist sehr gepflegt, sehr ausgestattet, mit neuen Teppichen, Farben Schiefer Küche und Eintrag und aufgearbeitete Holzböden im Wohnzimmer -einfach schön .. Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player. Tolle Lage und Nähe zu den Pisten. Dieses Haus schläft wie ein Zwei-Schlafzimmer mit dem Preis von einem Ein-Zimmer Plus !! Ein Haus mit allem Luxus und dann einige - Kaffeemaschine, große Speise ware, allen Utensilien, neuere Möbel. Hohe Decken schaffen eine offene und große Gefühl zu diesem ein Schlafzimmer 900 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück. Sie werden zu Hause fühlen, und Sie werden zufrieden sein.

PERFECT Location!

Listing was as described - stocked wonderfully with all you need during your stay! Location was perfect for our family as we could ski-in/ski-out and come back to rest or eat lunch or whatever. Makes it an easy decision to pay only a tad more for lodging but to be that close to everything, giving you the ability to save money on breakfast & lunch so you can enjoy a nice dinner each evening, or eat in for all meals to save even more! We would definitely stay here again! The only thing I will say is that the new, high-end mattress referenced in the listing is pretty firm. For us, as we tend to prefer a little softer mattress, it was an adjustment but we were tired from skiing so we were still able to get rest. Just something to consider.

Great Place to stay

With a location in the center of the viulalge, you can see the main town square. Restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, walking/biking trails, hiking all close by. Would recommend.

Great location... but that's all.

This property was in a great location (so close to everything in River Run Village), but that's where the good ended. It was very badly maintained. Doors seemed to be falling off the hinges in the kitchen. The tiles in the showers were disgusting, the fridge was falling apart. I would never cook/eat in this unit. It was very dirty too - dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and clearly wasn't vacuumed or counters wiped down. The Master Bed was horrible!! So uncomfortable and the pillows may as well have been cardboard boxes. I wouldn't stay here again.

Difficult check in, beautiful property

The property is beautiful and in a great location. There was no one at the management company when we arrived and our envelope did not have the property key code or the garage door card keys in it. No one answered the phone when we called, finally got a call back. It took over an hour. Someone finally came with them and was a bit rude insisting the keys had been in the envelope.

Location was great...

However, several items in the condo were not working correctly. We could not control the thermostat and the condo became very warm while we were not there. Also, several lights were out and the smoke alarms went off late one night because batteries were bad. When we checked in, several key cards did not work correctly; we did receive a new one quickly, but others were still inconsistent.

Location, location, location

The stay was amazing. VRBO says this is a 1.5 bath but it is actually 2 full baths which was great when multiple people wanted to shower at once. 5 min walk to gondola and 5 min walk to bus stop for other ski areas. View is of the village square which was really cool. Includes heated garage and heated locker for skis. This was especially nice so we didn’t have to keep our skis in the unit. The only issues I had is that the bed isn’t the most comfortable, the bedroom bathrooms lock didn’t work, and I got a “warning” for parking when my pass was clearly shown. A quick call to management fixed that. Overall, the other reviews don’t give this unit justice. I’d give it 5*’s although there were the few small issues and if I’m ever in keystone again I’ll be staying here 100%. Thank you RMRM!

Great location, Condo needs some improvements

We've stayed at Arapahoe Lodge several times because it is a great location. This condo was our least favorite. It needs a deep cleaning! There was dust on everything and the carpet and rugs are old, stained and definitely need replacing. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. You can't turn the light on in the bathroom without the heat lamp coming on, so you're sweating while getting ready. We did enjoy the gas fireplace which is very easy to turn on. Overall, the condo felt dirty.

Great Location, but the unit and the management company not so much!!

The Arapahoe Lodge is a great location, close to the ski school and River Run Gondola, close to all restaurants. The unit itself is pretty tired and in need of some updates. The carpet is very dirty and needs to be replaced, the bathrooms need a deep cleaning and just patching/painting the walls would make this place a whole lot better. Now onto the management company, do your research before booking through the management company. You won't find many positive reviews (their five star Google reviews are from three different employees each of whom I talked to). My family stayed in this unit for five nights and after checking out were told by the management company that they were charging us for damage done to the TV in the master bedroom. We were told that we broke the TV. The management company started by saying the TV mount was coming off the wall and then upgraded the damage to being broken and needing to be replaced. Fortunately, my wife took a picture shortly after we checked in, that showed the TV mount pulling away from the wall. The management company also sent me a picture of the TV working after we checked out... Not sure how we broke it if it was working after we left. In general, the TVs in the unit were both very old and hard to work. The TV in the main living space had to be reconnected to the cable box to get it to work. It looked like someone had connected a go pro or something. The TV in the guest bedroom didn't have a working remote, had to power on/off and change volume by hand. If you read the last review for this property (Nov 2017), we stayed there shortly after her (Dec 2017) and everything she said was true.

Disappointed in unit

The only good thing about this unit was it's location and the beds were comfortable. Getting what we needed from the rental agency was a pain....we did get emailed instructions, but did not realize the place was not on the resort property and had to have our shuttle drive us back into Dillon. After that finally got resolved, we got to the unit and the door code would not work. I called 4 times and someone finally answered and said they were sorry, they forgot to unlock it on their end. So that was fun standing in the hall after a full day of travel with two young kids that had to go to the bathroom. Once we got in and turned on the lights, we were sooooo disappointed. The rugs are disgustingly dirty and so was the carpet in the master. We had to wear socks the entire time. The bathrooms are outdated and so is the kitchen. There is old dirt caked on the trim in the bathrooms and in the grout in the tile in the shower. Shower curtain was ripped. There was a load of clean dishes that looked like some kids played a game of how much crap they could cram in there. The smoke alarm was sitting on the mantle and the wires were dangling from the ceiling. The TV IN THE DEN did not work. The TV in the bedroom worked, but was extremely difficult to figure out and the remote didn't work. There are some chairs in the bedroom that I refused to sit in, they were old and dingy. Also it was so hot we had to sleep with windows and back porch door open even after spending forever trying to get the AC to come on. The fan that was in the floor was a million years old and gross. We will never stay in this unit again. I have stayed in units through VRBO many times and have never left a negative review. This place was just gross.

Perfect location....exactly what I was looking for

Our 2 teenagers , never have seen snow, kids had a great time. Therefore so did my husband and I. The location is perfect and made the logistics of all super smooth. Highly recommend.
