"The location and the view from the room was fantastic and the main reason for booking. The beach is really close and you can hear the sea. Qualtiy of food was very good and the prices reasonable. Staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Sleeping was very comfortable. The hotel is a little bit old and you see it, especially in the outdated bathroom. All this is OK and would get a rating of 4 stars or better. Not OK were too many unclean areas! Sand so close at the sea would be OK, but dust and spider webs, not properly cleaned bathrooms and dirt as well as not cleaned sitting areas outside (balcony) are not acceptable. Anyway we hope to come back, because we love the country."

"Magnifique endroit dans la verdure et le calme. Chambre et salle de bain très spacieuse et décoré avec classe. Très belle terrasse côté bar et restaurant avec vue sur le terrain de golf. Belle carte de menu et excellente cuisine. Un bel endroit pour un séjour prolongé et visiter la belle ville de Sligo. "

"Hôtel vieillot avec pas mal de choses à réparer ou nettoyer! Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas terrible, rien de très bon et très peu de choix. La clientèle un samedi soir fut très bruyante jusqu’au milieu de la nuit, et avec des portes qui laissent passer tous les bruits nous avons mal dormi…. "
