„The condo was nice - good furniture and kitchen supplies were more than adequate. I liked the side porch which other condos may not have at Colony by the Sea. The only bummer was internet access. It seems that the access is shared by everyone at the condo development and therefore is not secure. In addition, I had to log in every time I wanted to get on the net, check email. etc. That was a pain. Otherwise great experience.“

„The property was super clean and well maintained and equipped. It's on the top floor of the condo units, so be aware there are 40 steps to climb - we looked at this as exercise but could be an issue for others. 10/10 week!“

„Very cute condo and very peaceful. We thought we were going directly though the owner and VRBO , we were wrong it was through Vacasa and not the owner . We got their Monday at 8:15 pm, after driving 9 hours , I had to clean the previous guest dishes that were still in the dishwasher dirty. Housekeeper did not make bunk beds , restroom reeked of urine. The housekeeper did not do anything , the sheets on the bed in the bedroom were dirty. If I could rent directly through the owner and VRBO I would ...

„We enjoyed our time in Duck! The property was perfectly located in Duck, making it easy to walk or drive to many things. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the beautiful view. The kids also enjoyed the pool and we utilized many of the community amenities.“

„Die Wohnung war sehr schön, leider gab es ein paar Dinge die nicht funktionierten. Der Fan im Wohnzimmer, dazu war die Klimaanlage der Nachbarwohnung sehr laut , was wir dann bei uns im Schlafzimmer gehört haben und uns sehr gestört hat. Und oft sind Hunde mit ihren Besitzern an unserem Schlafzimmer Fenster spazieren gegangen.“

„This is a great find. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes for us, the pool is about halfway between the condo and the beach. Walking to the shops in Duck took about 15 minutes. Its all very easy to do, and the outdoor shower is very convenient. They have a fully stocked kitchen and had extra towels put out for us too which we appreciated. We will be back!!“

„My husband, daughter and myself stayed this past weekend and it was just what we needed. Condo had the perfect amount of space and was clean. Perfect for a small family getaway, complex had a playground, pool, easy beach access, and applicable parking. Shops/ restaurants close by, and views were amazing. We will definitely be coming back, highly recommend this property. “
