„The decor was unique. It was decorated like the White House and was full of interesting memorabilia about Presidents, current and past. Breakfast was good but not as spectacular as other inns we’ve been to. The grounds are nice and the house was close to areas we wanted to visit. Our room was chillier than I like but there was a note that the thermostat controlled other rooms so we didn’t want to make anyone else uncomfortable in case they weren’t chilly. „Beautiful Inn and our room was great, the owners were lovely & the wine and cheese social was perfect to get to know everyone, but the breakfast was unbelievable, with accommodations for several different people with food restrictions. I would go back in a minute! Thanks!“

„Hotels walls are in process of being repaired. Second floor work being done which causes noise in the building. Hôtel carpets and furnishings are very basic and dated. At the same time staff is very friendly and helpful. Outside resort facility is nice for a family with younger kids.“

„Everyone was very nice and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. The only inconvenience was that one of the elevator wasn't working. So it take a longer to get back and forth to our room. “

„Great location and easy access to all of Williamsburg, and attractive setting from the exterior, however, the one bedroom suite was very disappointing, dated and dreary furnishings and cramped/impractical kitchenette. Not a nice environment for a longer stay. The mandatory $7/day provides only a limited activity program that would be of little interest to many adults. To end on a more positive note, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive!“
