Las Toronjas 1 ist eine einzigartig gestaltete, luftig und mit der Natur Villa eröffnet. Umgeben von üppigen tropischen Gärten und Kokospalmen mit Blick auf das 10. Loch von La Romana Country Club Golfplatz, entworfen von Pete Dye, im Casa de Campo in La Romana. Strategisch gelegen, Las Toronjas 1 ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt von Minitas Beach, dem Jachthafen, Altos de Chavon, die wichtigsten Einrichtungen des Hotels, und drei weitere Golfplätze, darunter der berühmte Pete Dye Zahn-Entwurf des Hundes.

Wie Sie diesen offenen Raum betreten Villa finden Sie das Grün und die Wärme des Innengarten mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Studio, Pavillon, Holzdeck Terrasse, Schwimmbad und beheiztem Jacuzzi umgeben genießen - all diese Bereiche die spektakuläre Aussicht auf das Fairway genießen und grün des 10. Lochs.

Die Villa verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer mit 4. 5 Bäder; drei davon mit 2 großen Betten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über Parkettböden, eine doppelte Deckenhöhe, ein Queensize-Bett, ein privates Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa und einen Whirlpool mit großen Fenstern, die zu einem privaten Garten führen. Alle vier Schlafzimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage, Deckenventilatoren, LCD-TVs, Safe und ein komplettes Badezimmer. Das Studio verfügt außerdem über eine Klimaanlage, einen 50-Zoll-LCD-TV, eine DVD und Lautsprecher für Ihren iPod. . Das Wohnzimmer, mit handbemalten Möbeln und einem 30 Meter hohen Decke, beherbergt einen Esstisch, der 12 Sitze; und öffnet mit sechs Holzschiebetüren, mit einem Blick über das Deck und Pool, auf den Golfplatz auf. Der Pavillon wird zwischen dem Pool und Innenhof mit einem Wohnbereich und einem Esstisch befindet, die zehn Sitze, das Grün des 10. Lochs gegenüber. Der Pool hat einen flachen Bereich ideal zum Sonnenbaden, während teilweise von Wasser bedeckt Liegen. Es befindet sich neben dem Pavillon an einem Ende und dem Whirlpool am anderen, in der Nähe des Gasgrills, was es perfekt für Unterhaltung macht.

Unser Personal: Butler (schläft in einer Einrichtung außerhalb der Villa), Koch / Haushälterin bis 17.00 Uhr. m. Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen können täglich auf Wunsch der Gäste zubereitet werden. Tägliche Reinigung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind mit der Miete inbegriffen. Persönliche Bügeln und Wäsche kann gegen eine geringe Gebühr zur Verfügung gestellt werden direkt mit den Mitarbeitern anzuordnen, wie bei allen anderen Diensten angeordnet werden können unsere Gäste brauchen könnte.

A Merry Christmas
Despite an illness that spread among a few family members during our visit, all were delighted with the house and staff! Hilda was very communicative before our visit and always responsive. The staff were very accommodating to our variable schedule - and always preparing delicious dishes and smoothies with the groceries we bought. The house is open with many gathering areas and a great view of the golf course and the rooms were a perfect combination of bedding needs for our family. 10/10 across the board!

Amazing stay
I can’t say enough good things about our stay, Hilda, and the house staff. Hilda was a wonderful host, very prompt with her communications and sent very clear and detailed information about arranging airport transfers, renting a golf cart and pre ordering groceries. During our stay she was also available with quick responses for any questions i had. The house was perfect. Large, spacious, beautiful. The rooms were all clean and large. The outdoor space was everything. We ended up spending significantly more time at the house because we were all so happy with the pool and the view of the golf course and the zen of enjoying it. It was me, my husband, his mother and our three teenage children. The photos don’t even do justice to how colorful and pretty the pool, view and yard were. The staff was so nice and friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and most lunches at the house. Everything was delicious and Ivan made us feel like we were eating at a hotel with his beautiful presentation and service. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Thank you!!!

Heaven at Casa de Campo!
Hilda's property is vacation perfection! Its luscious green gardens around the pool deck made us spend as much time as possible outside, which we needed as a family from chilly New York. The house and grounds are beautifully maintained, and the staff made sure that we felt comfortable and cared for every minute of our stay. We are back home now and missing our lazy poolside afternoons and delicious homemade breakfasts and lunches at Toronjas 1. We will be back to this beautiful home! 5/5!

Beyond my expectations
As an individual that has travelled the world and many with my entire family. This trip,even thought short, was in my opinion and all of my family’s .. a wonderful vacation. Hilda was a great host. She helped me organize everything (golf karts rental, grocery shopping before we hot there, airport transfers). The house is one of a kind right on the golf course. To us the backyard area was the best in the house to drink your coffee in the morning and hear the birds. The kids were running around the whole property since everything is open. The staff was top notch. Ivan was amazing he was always there making sure all our needs were satisfied. He is in charged of the property helping setting the tables and helping while you eat in case you need anything. Sileni is the cook which she was amazing. We had a great time and defined go back

Our stay was excellent and as advertised. Hilda was a great host/administrator. The communication in advance was excellent. The transportation to/from the airport was on time and efficient. The golf cart rental was perfect. The location of the home is central to the Beach, Hotel, Golf and Altos. Internet was strong and worked well. The staff was great. Ivan and his team were very welcoming and breakfast every morning was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were perfect for family of four and could handle even more. Overall, a great spot for a family vacation. We would love to come back.

Very Relaxing Stay in the DR!
We had heard of the Casa de Campo community and Hilda's property checked all of the boxes for us. The house was so airy and comfortable. Hilda was amazing at helping us line up golf carts for our stay, dinner reservations, and grocery delivery. We stayed in the villa with 4 children under the age of 12 and everyone truly enjoyed the property and the amenities that Case de Campo has to offer. Ivan and Selina who take care of the property and cook were just so welcoming and friendly. We would love to stay here again!

Winter Get Away
My wife and I spent 5 weeks at Hilda's villa in Casa de Campo in Jan/Feb 2023. During our stay, we had a total of 15 family members join us at various times over our 5 week stay. The Villa is spacious and provides a lovely combination of indoor and outdoor living spaces. The pool and hot tub are nicely integrated into the outdoor living flow. Hilda was incredibly helpful in the planning of our trip and once we arrived her on site staff of Ivan and Sileni were an absolute delight who catered to our every need. It was a great trip and the weather was perfect. The resort golf, restaurants, beach, and other amenities are excellent. If you are looking for a winter get away (we were) and want to bring lots of folks along to keep you company.......you should give Casa de Campo and Hilda a call. I think you'll be glad you did.

Best Family Vacation Ever
Our stay at Hilda's Villa was perfect. Hilda, the owner was very attentive & communicative and made the whole process of renting very easy. Seleni and Ivan are incredible and made our stay very special. Seleni is a wonderful cook and she made some special Dominican dishes that we requested for the New Year holiday. Ivan is so sweet and pleasant. He brought me coffee every morning before breakfast (ahhhh, I miss that now). The layout of the house is perfect for families. It is very clean and lovingly decorated. We dined outside by the pool for breakfast and in the beautiful living/dining area for dinner. We loved our meals at home much more than our meals out. On New Year's Eve, we sat in the hot tub and watched the fire works. All in all our stay at HIlda's villa was a very special vacation and we look forward to returning one day.

We had a phenomenal time at Casa de Campo and loved staying at Toronjas 1. The house was centrally located and sits right on a beautiful hole of the La Romana Country Club Golf Course. Hilda, the property owner, was so thorough in all her communications and in helping us set everything up in order to have a wonderful vacation. In addition, the staff at the house were fantastic, helpful and cooked some incredible meals. I highly recommend staying this property and we plan to return in the future.

Toronjas 1 was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The neighborhood is quiet and within a short golf cart ride to everything . It is right on the golf course and ~ 1 mile from the beach and hotel and a few miles to the marina and Altos de Chavon. The villa is spacious and clean. The gardens are beautiful. Ivan kept the pool and hot tub clean and heated throughout our stay. Sileni’s cooking is amazing. Communication with Hilda was very easy. Everything was taken care of for us, including airport transfers and golf cart rental. We would not change a thing. Thank you for a perfect week.

Perfect family vacation on paradise
This was probably one of the best vacations we have had as a family ! Casa de campo is a beautiful place and this villa was the perfect choice . It is absolutely breathtaking in person . The layout is beautiful , airy , open , with the right amount of bedrooms , the perfect pool and with a gorgeous view of the golf course . The owner of the house was amazing from beginning to end . She made the whole process feel so easy . I cannot say enough good things about her staff . They made us feel so welcome and treated us so well throughout our whole stay. They cooked us delicious breakfast and lunch, I’m still thinking about all the great food they made and how beautifully they set the table every day. They paid so much attention to detail and in everything they do . I will miss our morning coffee by the pool and the amazing flan ! We are going to miss them so much ! Thank you Hilda for your hospitality. You are an amazing host ! I am already thinking about going back!

Fantastic experience- will be back
Overall a fantastic experience at this house. The house itself is very comfortably decorated- it was a perfect spot for not only family and friends but also for our infant son. The property is very well maintained- inside and outside around the property including the pool. The owner was extremely responsive which made a big difference, not only leading up to the stay (especially since we had never been to Casa de Campo) but also during the stay if we had a question. A quick golf cart ride to the resort - a straight shot- made it very easy to get to where we spent most of our time. The staff were also very helpful - they took care of basically everything for us while there. We will definitely look to stay here again.
