First level has a living area with balcony that looks over Elmwood Street and Parkway Ave. Beautiful kitchen, dining room, bathroom with walk in shower and queen bedroom. Access to beautiful courtyard with outdoor dining and grill. Top floor has living room with direct access to landscaped backyard, office and full bath with deep soaker tub/shower. 1 private queen bedroom and one king bedroom (semi-private, converted 3rd living room) with balcony overlooking the city with an adjacent kids bedroom room with two standard twin beds. 3 night minimum.
