„The ambiance was beautiful. The place was extremely clean and the room/suite was huge. The staff in both the grill and the restaurant were very polite, and meals were served in a timely manner. Was delicious also. My disappointment. I returned the key after our stay and the receptionist did not even ask how way your stay, did you like the facility, can we count on you staying here if you return to the country? Some small talk just to get your feedback or to make sure your were comfortable. ...

„Wir hatten einen Superior Room mit Meersicht gebucht. Die Receptionistin brachte uns weg vom Meer in ein Nebengebäude. Das Zimmer hatte eine grosse Palme vor dem Fenster und keinerlei Aussicht. Wir protestierten sofort und wurden nach ca. 10 Minuten Abklärung ohne geringste Entschuldigung in ein schönes Zimmer im Hauptgebäude direkt an der Waterfront gebracht.
